Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the product is a digital download, access is provided immediately after payment, and you waive your right to a cooling-off period once the download begins.

If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at kasanailsacademy@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or re-provide access.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of use, failure to read the product description, incompatibility with devices or software, or accidental purchases.
